This is a rare quiet moment in Sean's diary. He is always running around - screaming or on his scooter. To catch him in a quiet reflective mood - its is rare indeed. Eric - Jessy's hubby - took this beautiful picture of him strumming his guitar. I love this pic and decided to scrap it today.
To reflect the quiet mood - I chose very very soothing colours. I was not afraid of using a pink flower for his layout as I thought it looked ok. A simple layout for a precious moment. The journalling in black goes : "If I knew that it only took a guitar to slow you down, I would have bought it a long, long time ago." The journalling in the green wooden tag goes "RARE MOMENT INDEED."
Before I end this post - I must credit Iris from the Phillipines for inspiring me to do slanted or tilted photo layouts. I must say I am addicted to them now. Thanks Iris for inspiring me...
Materials used:
Wild asparagus pp, KnCo Amy Butler pp, Thickers alphas, Chatterbox wooden tag and pom pom ribbon trim from Lincraft Australia.
