Journal - Pineapple Jam II

After an exhausting 2 hours of standing and gentle stirring - my pineapple jam is ready. I normally do not add too much sugar to it as I love the tarty zesty flavour. This is what my pile of pineapple has been reduced to. Pls note that I used 3 pineapples this time.
