Altered Cube - CNY 2008 {Sean}

Sean's photos were all in line with the CNY theme and and a very energetic feel to them. I decided that Sean's cubes should have a boyish and a fun feeling in tune with his photos by using the Basic Grey Monograms. The monograms were oversized and suited the cubes well. I could even stamp the words that depict CNY on them. I decided to use the Gold Brilliance Ink to enhance everything (incl the alphas and the branches) to tie everything together. Gold and glossy is really a very chinese trait and hence I used the 3d lacquer to enhance the letterings. Lastly - I adhered the letterings and branches using 3D pop ups.

More information and pics - pls check out the gallery at http://www.scrap-n-crop.com/.

List of materials used:
SnC CNY kit, DT's own - chinese letter die cut, Technique Tuesday Alphabet stamps, Brilliance Ink - Gold, Stazon Ink - Black for lettering, Making Memories Memory Cube, 3d lacquer.
